Service Pricing	Free: no charge. Starter, Pro, and Team monthly and annual plan pricing, prepaid credit pack pricing, and overage rates are displayed on the billing page in the billing currency selected for your organization (currently JPY, USD, or EUR) before purchase. Enterprise pricing is custom quote. All displayed prices include consumption tax.
Additional Fees	Internet connection fees and device costs are borne by the customer. Service fees include consumption tax.
Payment Method	Credit card (via Stripe)
Payment Timing	Monthly plans: charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. Annual plans: charged at the beginning of the annual billing cycle.
Service Delivery	Available immediately after account creation and plan subscription via the web dashboard.
Contract Period and Auto-renewal	Paid plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) until cancelled by the customer. The renewal period matches the original billing cycle.
Cancellation and Refund Policy	You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. Upon cancellation, your paid plan features remain available until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable. After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan.
System Requirements	A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) with JavaScript enabled. For SDK integration: Unity 2022.3+ or Unreal Engine 5.3+.

The cooling-off period does not apply to mail-order sales (online transactions).
